9 months

I can't believe Everett is almost 9 months old. It has gone by so fast. He started crawling a couple of months ago and is everywhere. He pulls up on everything and tries to grab anything that he sees. I'm constantly running after him!!!!

Everett had his 6 month check up this past week. Weight: 20lbs Length: 28"

Everett is almost 6 months which is so hard to believe. Next weekend we are getting Max and Everett's pictures taken together by the same lady that did Everett's newborn photos so I'm really excited for that!!!! I will post them once we get them back.

Everett went to his grandma Brendas daycare for a few hours while I helped my mom paint her kitchen. This is him with his twin cousins Alexis and Jacob!!!

Eating Peaches

4 months

Everett is growing so fast. He had is 4 month check up last week and weighed 17.4 lbs and was 25 inches long!! The Dr. said we should start introducing solid foods so last week he had cereal and some vegies for the first time.

Everett is learning how to sit from the help of his bumbo chair. He is getting to be so big that he has out grown his infant carseat. We had to go to Babies R Us today and upgrade to the next size. He is sitting up in his seat like a big boy.

Justin's sister Clarissa got married about 2 weeks ago in Las Vegas so this past weekend she had a reception in Kansas City.

3 months old

I can't believe that Everett is already 3 months old!! He is getting so big. We weighed him the other day and he is up to 16 pounds. The other night he rolled over for the first time!!! He doesn't really like to be on his tummy so he will roll over on to his back. He is really starting to make noise. He loves when we talk to him. He will smile real big and start cooing really loud.

St. Patricks Day

Everett's cousin Max came up for the St. Patricks day parade in Lawrence!!! They both had their rock chalk shamrock shirts on to celebrate!!!!! Everett is very lucky to have so many aunts that love to play with him. His Aunt Lindsay took him and Max to the parade.

Everett had his 6 week check up last week and weighed in at 13lbs 1oz. He is really growing!!!

1 Month Old!!!!!

Today Everett is 1 month old!! It seems like we just brought him home but at the sametime my lack of sleep makes it seem like months!!! He is still waking up about every two hours at night to be fed, and then at 7am he is wide awake.

Bath Time

Everett had his first real bath last night! He was not happy about it so we tried to finish it as quickly as possible!!!! Now Grandpa Doug can't say Everett looks like he has gel in his hair!!!

Everett meets his cousin Max

Everett met his older cousin Max last weekend! Max loved holding Everett and giving him kisses!!!! They are going to have a lot of fun growing up together!!!

2 week Check up

Aunt Alissa who lives in Chicago gave Everett some Chicago Bears gear for Christmas! He had his 2 week Dr appointment today and weighed 10lbs 4oz and was 22 1/2 inches long!! He loves to eat!!!!!!

First Day Home!!!!

Everett and and I were able to come home yesterday!!!!!! So far he is doing great!! He is already starting a schedule with feedings!!! He is a big boy so he likes to eat!!!!
